PLURIPLAST S.R.L. was founded in 2007, starting the production of polypropylene bags with rectangular base in lohn regime, being the first producer in Romania for this typology of bags. Over the years, due to seriousness, respect for customers and product quality, PLURIPLAST S.R.L. has proved that it can cover a wide range of domains, successfully meeting all of the market requirements. PLURIPLAST S.R.L activity has grown from one year to the next, product diversity has grown, and customer requirements, which have been increasingly demanding, have been honored with success.The production activity started with 4 Royal machineries, which produced bags with rectangular paper or transparent bottom<\/a> and a machine that made bags with welded bottom<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In the coming years, new machines are being rented that produce the same type of bags but with the possibility of manufacturing other sizes. The range of products as well as typology does not change, the only difference being the improvement in product quality and the expansion of the range of transparent, white, opaque and metallized polypropylene packaging with thicknesses between 20-50 microns.<\/p>\n

The improvement of our machines efficiency continued with the acquisition of the photocell system, and the Hotmelt system allowing the bonding of biodegradable materials from potatoes and corn. These acquisitions have succeeded in diversifying the range of products made by PLURIPLAST S.R.L., and the result was the increase of turnover by obtaining considerable orders from the world famous producers in the field of chocolate and candy, Lindt, Venchi, Loacker, Sulka, etc.<\/p>\n

Another major change to rectangular bottom bag production machines was the change of the base application system. These systems allowed the application of adhesive paper and transparent scotch tapes, eliminating the fluid glue.<\/p>\n

The acquisition of the micro punching machine marked another important moment in the production line development. This machine allowed partial or full width perforation of the bobbin to be obtained, as well as the jumbo coils, used for rectangular bottom bag machines. In order to cover the production capacity of this machine, there are performed micro-perforations, rewinding and cutting for third parties. Along with this machine, a state-of-the-art machine was aquired that produces micro-punched bags. These bags are intended for the packaging of bakery products, bakery and packaging of vegetables and fruit.<\/p>\n

The production of micro-perforated bags<\/a> began with standard sizes and at the moment the machine produces a wide range of bags, such as: flap, folded base, wicket, printed<\/a> micro-perforated bags and cast bags.<\/p>\n

Another range of products made by PLURIPLAST S.R.L., is the range of products made of polypropylene strips<\/a>. This product is used for decorating and packaging fragile products.<\/p>\n

Polypropylene sheets 1000 * 1200 mm, 1000 * 1300 mm, is another product range made by PLURIPLAST S.R.L., intended for the packaging of gift baskets, gifts, flower bouquets and flower pots<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Hamburger discs<\/a>, another product of PLURIPLAST S.R.L., are made of biodegradable cellophane, are waterproof, do not stick to food, let the meat breathe and preserve color.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
